Situation: The 9th Annual Blue Star Reunion will be
conducted from 05 Nov 2015 to 08 Nov 2015 in Ozark, Alabama.
a. General Instructions: This Order is sent to get everyone notified about how to make reservations and to provide some general planning information. Below is a full agenda with more specific information, cost figures for events and a signup sheet.

d. Room Reservations:
Room
rates are: $84 per night plus tax for standard room. Special hotel
amenities include:

Reservations may be made at any time
up to and including the beginning of the reunion; however,Reservations
made after October 15, 2015 will be on a space available/rate available basis.

EVENT RATES will be honored two day
prior and two days after event dates, BUT be sure to tell the reservation clerk
that this rate is being extended to those dates as well, (the rate has to be
manually entered).

As Rooms are Limited, be sure to
make reservations early
·
There is no parking fee
·
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation Must Be Received by 6:00pm on the scheduled day of arrival
in order to avoid a cancellation fee of the first night's room and tax.

As of Friday August 13th they had 30
rooms available for November 5th – 8th and they will honor the $84.00 rate per
night.

Let them know that you are with the
48th AHC Reunion Group when you call.
·
Also they have said that they will
honor that rate for two day prior and two days after the reunion
dates.
· It is important to make reservations as soon as possible, as we do not have a group block of room at this location.
