REUNION DETAILS:
Wednesday evening & Thursday, Nov. 4th and 5th
Check-in at registration - Hampton Inn TOC – Pick up shirts ordered,
banquet details and name badges. Name badges identify events you signed
up for and will be your access to each event, including bus transportation on
Friday.
Friday, 6 November
0830 - Board bus for Ft. Rucker. (Everyone
must have an official pictured ID for entry onto Ft. Rucker.)
Buses will pick up from Hampton and Microtel. Bus captains will log and
verify ID info as you board. REMEMBER YOUR BUS CAPTAIN. You must
board same bus each time.
0900 - Arrive at the Aviation Museum
by bus or POV. Tour will be in 4 groups.
1130 – Board SAME bus for lunch at The Landing. (formerly the O Club)
1315 – Board SAME bus for Veterans Park and Memorial Dedication
Veterans Park is located adjacent to the Aviation Museum and the
Daleville gate entrance
1400 – MEMORIAL DEDICATION CEREMONY - (uniforms would be
appropriate if you so choose)
1500 – Board SAME bus for return to hotels.
Afternoon free time
1815 – Begin arriving at Holman Mansion – Travel by POV

2100 – Return to hotel
Saturday, 7 November
0900 - Arrive by POV at the Friends of
Army Aviation. Cobra and Huey on display and available for
rides for a fee, (to be determined based on numbers wanting to fly). Across
the street the DynaLantic Training Center will be available for simulation
flying at no cost in the Huey and Cobra simulators.

1200 - Return to the hotel
with afternoon free time. Lunch on your own.
1800 – Arrive by POV at the
Hoppergrass Restaurant for the banquet; Dinner will be served at
1830. Raffle & silent auction immediately following the
program at same location.

Sunday, Nov 8th
TOC Cleanup and
closing. Farewells.
REMINDERS:
Bring Raffle Items and give to Raffle Wizard John-Al Skimbo
If driving bring outside folding chairs or bag chairs or lawn
chairs for outside congregating if it is convenience.
Bring old pictures to share memories.
Bring Uniform if you wish to wear it for the Memorial Dedication.
