Day 1, Thursday, November 6, 2014 – Registration and Check-In
0800-2200 – TOC/Hospitality Room Open
1500-2000 – Check In and Registration
Day 2, Friday, November 7, 2014 – Ft. Sam Houston & Alamo Tours
0910 – Assemble to load Buses (Note: loading time is critical, we must
depart at 0930)
0930-0950 – Travel by buses to Ft. Sam Houston Medical Museum
0955-1000 – Line up at front entrance of Medical Museum, guided tour begins
at 1000.
1145-1200 – Load Buses for Alamo Plaza (Note: loading time is critical, we
must depart at 1200)
1200-1215 – Arrive at Alamo Plaza
1215-1330 – Lunch (Everyone on their own for lunch at surrounding
restaurants & eateries)
1330-1335 – Meet in front of the Alamo for photo op before tour
1400-1530 – Alamo Guided Tour
1545-1600 – Loaded Buses to Travel to Hotel
1600-2200 – TOC/Hospitality Room Open
(Note: TOC/Hospitality
Room may be made available upon special request during the day for those not
participating in scheduled events)
Day 3, Saturday, November 8, 2014 – Open Time, Banquet, General Meeting and
Door Prizes
0800-1700 – Open Time
1730 – Cocktails; cash bar available throughout the evening in Banquet
area.
1800-1830 – Posting of Colors, National Anthem, Pledge of Allegiance, Blue
Star Honor Roll, Toasts
And Retiring of Colors (Color Guard provided by University of Texas San
Antonio Army ROTC)
1830-1930 – Invocation and Banquet Dinner
1930-2130 – General Meeting & Door Prizes
Day 4, Sunday, November 9, 2014 – Farewells and Safe Travel
0800-1000 – TOC/Hospitality Room
