Joker plaque

Note the Joker hat with wings worn by SP/4 Steve Schelitzche, 286th Medical Detachment.  Steve was from Minnesota.  Right is Ron Synder from Oregon. The Joker baseball cap was worn in 1966&67.  The significance of  the chicken is lost to history, but at least they looked happy or as happy as two guys with a dead chicken can look.
