We encourage you to make your reservations early. We need
to secure and fill a block of reservations at the hotel ASAP. If you are
considering attending, please make the reservation now. You can cancel a
reservation 24 hours prior to your arrival date if your plans change.
Early reservations help us a lot with planning for the events.

In order to secure the special room
rates, ask for the “AHC Blue Star Reunion Group Code A13”
reservation. You may make reservations at any time up to and including
the beginning of the reunion; however, reservations made after September 30,
2019 will be on a space available basis. Any questions on reservations contact

Rates:
Room rates are: $111.00 per night
plus tax for one King or two Queen beds. Breakfast is included for 2
people per room. You can request a mini-refrigerator for your room; there
is a microwave available on each floor. Suites are available for 141.00
per night plus tax. Also handicap rooms are available at group rate. All
rooms are non-smoking.
Notes:
For those who want to spend extra
days prior to the reunion and/or days after the reunion, the special reunion
room rate will apply to those reservations 3 days before and 2 days after,
based on availability. Every attempt will be made to accommodate special
requests for room types and locations; however, due to arrival and departure
patterns, not all requests may be fulfilled. A full agenda with more
specific information, cost figures for events and a signup sheet, etc., is being
generated and will be sent as soon as available.
Important: Please make
reservation as soon as possible to be sure your room will be held for you.
Remember, if your plans change, you can cancel 24 hours before your scheduled
arrival date.
