WHILE TAKING OFF FROM FSB HAWKHILL THE AC EXPERENCED SUDDEN LOSS OF RPM. A NINETY DEGREE TURN TO THE LEFT WAS MADE TO AVOID PERIMETER WIRE, THE AIRCRAFT LEFT SKID IMPACTED A DITCH AND THE LEFT CROSS TUBE WAS SEVERED.
